We carry out a planning meeting with you to understand what you would like to achieve out of your team away day.
We will go away and develop a facilitation proposal which sets out a plan for the team away day to achieve your objectives.
We then run a team away day where you determine your organisations objectives and from this develop a work plan for the next 12 months.
