Team Away Days

Aim

To provide an opportunity for your team to reflect, build relationships, trust and plan.

Overview

We run a team away days to allow your team to strategically reflect on your organisation and plan for the next 12 months.

Outcome

At the end of the day your team will have a better understanding of  the skills and knowledge within the team. In addition to this you will also have a plan to move your organisation forward.

Who's it for

– Small Businesses – a small business that wants to set some time aside to develop a plan of their business prioritises

– Large Businesses – for the leadership team or sub teams to spend time together working on building relationships and develop a plan for growth

– Local Authorities – any team that wants to build trust, relationships and a plan

– Public Sector – to enable you to understand all of your project risks

Benefits

It is a great opportunity for the team to take a step back and plan.

Importance

It is important for team to take time to ‘sharpen their sword’. A team away day will provide you the opportunity to reflect plan and grow.

1. Planning Meeting

We carry out a planning meeting with you to understand what you would like to achieve out of your team away day.

2. Proposal

We will go away and develop a facilitation proposal which sets out a plan for the team away day to achieve your objectives.

3. Team Away Day

We then run a team away day where you determine your organisations objectives and from this develop a work plan for the next 12 months.
