Luke is a young entrepreneur, having started a business at the age of 18. He has experience working in transport to drive collaboration as well as complete surveys to get to the root of exactly what customers expect. Luke is able to really engage with customers, particularly young people, to ensure that companies are doing everything possible to exceed customers’ expectations.
He also delivers objective driven workshops for clients, particular for project managers enable them to get the most out of their project team at project meetings.
He started his career from 2014 to 2015 working at Mott MacDonald in Transport Planning, then worked as a Consultant on a range of rail projects in the West Midlands.
Ian is an experienced Director with a demonstrated history of working in the UK railway industry. Skilled in feasibility studies, development and delivery of new infrastructure projects ranging from new footbridges, new stations, station masterplans, and large route upgrades.
Believes in the value of the railway to improve peoples lives, adopts a ‘tells it as it is’ philosophy when engaged on commissions, and is completely driven, enthused by work, family life and Watford Football Club.
Ian has been a Director of BusinessAdapts since November 2017, taking a particular interest in developing objective driven workshop products that can be used to make processes easier, quicker, more effective and more fun in transport.
Andrew specialises in everything design, this includes document design, designing interiors or websites.
Andrew entire focus is on ROI. He works closely with clients to fully establish what makes clients tick before working with you, and believes it is only through this close relationship that a well designed solution to your needs is created (rather than a generic, templated, poor quality end result).

Ben is an experienced videographer who supports BusinessAdapts by creating videos to showcase their workshops and events. Ben has always been fascinated by video, it was always a passion of his but it wasn’t until after university he came to the realisation that video isn’t just for Hollywood – it has an exceptional use case for every single organisation to accelerate their company.
After graduating from university he worked for a computer reseller in Marketing, his main roles were content creation and social media management. He then made the leap to starting his own business after a year and a half and haven’t looked back since!
